Return window: You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at info@lineathelabel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we cover the cost in full with a prepaid label or a refund of your shipping charges.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the amount to your account.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept underwear, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, or earrings. Gift cards and Final Sale items are also excluded. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please check your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
