Return & Refund Policy

At Linea The Label we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, and earrings. Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are also excluded from returns. This does not affect your rights in the case of defective products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@lineathelabel.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send your return without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping costs in full.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@lineathelabel.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve this with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
