Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. (GMT-6) or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@lineathelabel.com and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to a reshipment fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@lineathelabel.com with your order number and (in case of damage) photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
